When will the request reach me?

Is there a delivery outside the country?

Currently, our delivery partners operate within Tunisia and in selected cities listed on the Delivery Page.
For international shipping requests, you can contact our team via WhatsApp. Please provide product details, weight, and your location so we can check availability with international freight partners.

What if I receive a defective item?

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please review our Return Policy.
Once the return is approved, the return shipping fee will be covered. However, the product cost will be refunded according to the policy terms.
